His area of work includes Income Tax, GST, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Advisory and Consultancy on complicated tax matters, Business Restructuring, Consultancy on Ind AS and IFRS, Litigation under Income Tax and GST law including representation before various tax authorities.
Avni Gala
Avni is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Her area of work includes compliance and consultancy in the field of Income Tax, GST, representation before various tax authorities in litigation matters, Corporate Law, Auditing and Assurance, Business Valuations, and Investment Analysis. Before getting on board with M/s Preyas Ruparel and Associates Chartered Accountants in the capacity of an independent professional, she has worked with Royal Bank of Scotland in the field of Business Risk Management and Loan Financing. She is also the proprietor of M/s Avni Gala and Associates Chartered Accountants.
